ACTS, 1965. — CHAPS. 902, 903. 749 said medical school, they shall give notice in writing to the commissioner of mental health of such determination, which notice shall refer to this section and shall include a description of the part no longer required, whereupon such part shall revert to the custody and control of the department of mental health. SECTION 4. The commissioner of mental health shall not sell, convey or transfer any part of the land retained as the grounds for the Worcester state hospital unless he first shall have offered in writing to transfer and convey said part to the trustees. Approved January 7, 1966. Chap. 902. A N ACT ESTABLISHING THE POSITIONS OF FIRST, SECOND A N D T H I R D D E P U T Y D I R E C T O R I N T H E DIVISION O F "YOUTH SERVICE. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Chapter 120 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 2 the following section: — Section 2A. The director of the division of youth service shall appoint and may remove a first deputy director for administrative services, a second deputy director for field services and a third deputy director for institutional services, each of whom shall receive such salary, not exceeding thirteen thousand dollars for the first deputy director and not exceeding twelve thousand five hundred dollars for the second deputy director and the third deputy director, as the governor may, in each instance, determine. Said deputy directors shall not be subject to the provisions of sections nine A or nine B of chapter thirty. Approved January 7, 1966. Chap. 903. A N ACT DIRECTING THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COMMISSION TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN CERTAIN RECREATIONAL FACILITIES ON CERTAIN LAND IN THE PATTEN'S COVE AREA OF THE DORCHESTER DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF BOSTON. Be it enacted, etc., as follows: Chapter 566 of the acts of 1958 is hereby amended by adding the following sentence: — Said commission is hereby further authorized and directed to construct in such recreational area, and thereafter to maintain, basketball courts, tennis courts and suitable lighting facilities for night athletic events.
